Our delivery fee to the territory of the European Union (except, of course, Hungary) is €5, and to the territory outside the EU is €10. Import customs clearance and payment costs that may be incurred during transportation to territories outside the EU shall be borne by the customer. If you wish to exchange the product you received for any reason and notify us of your intention within two working days of receiving your order at shop@luxurylingerie.shop by email or by phone, we will provide free delivery for product exchange.
